Transparent Pricing for Personalized Care

Out-of-network benefits may apply. HSA/FSA accepted!

I believe in complete transparency when it comes to your care and your investment.

All services are one-on-one and thoughtfully tailored to your goals—whether you’re recovering from breast cancer or mastectomy, or navigating the physical changes of peri- and post-menopause, my first and foremost concern is quality care!

Why Self-Pay & Insurance Options

Choosing a self-pay model allows for a higher level of care—one that is fully centered around you.

Your sessions are never rushed, never shared, and never dictated by insurance limitations.

Instead, your care is guided by your body, your history, and your goals.

This means:

- More time spent hands-on and focused on you
- A personalized plan that evolves as you do
- A whole-body approach that goes beyond symptoms to address the root cause

For women navigating complex changes—whether after cancer treatment or during peri and post menopause—this level of individualized care makes all the difference. Women's health needs to be taken seriously!

Many clients are able to use out-of-network benefits for reimbursement. HSA & FSA plans are also allowed. Payment is made at the time of service, and I will provide you with a detailed receipt (superbill) that you can submit to your insurance company, depending on your plan.

Because every policy is different, I recommend contacting your insurance provider to understand your out-of-network physical therapy benefits. If you have questions, I’m always happy to guide you through the process—my goal is to make this as simple and stress-free as possible.
