Fitness Coaching

As both a Physical Therapist, Menopause Certified Trainer, and a Certified Personal Trainer, I combine safe, effective exercise with a deeper understanding of movement, pain, recovery, and function — making these sessions ideal for women who want a more thoughtful, individualized approach to fitness.
